BOOKING CONDITIONS
FLIGHT: The programs quote the average price of flights with approximate timings. Requests for specific flight times or changes to previously booked reservations may result in changes to the total price of the package.
Many airlines are subject to strict conditions regarding amendments, cancellations and refunds. In addition airlines impose taxes fees and charges. It is your responsibility to ensure the type of airfare you purchase is suitable for your needs.
All airlines are subject to taxes and charges levied by both government and the airlines themselves; in addition global fuel costs are constantly increasing. Airlines pass on the increase in taxes and fuel surcharges without notice and whilst we will endeavour to advise you of these charges in advance that may not always prove possible. Vlog tours reserves the right to pass on fuel and tax increases, levied by airlines, without notice.
HOTELS: The quality of the hotels has been rated in accordance with the normal standard of the destination and could be different from the standard in other countries. Service may be interrupted at any time for renovations, maintenance, or construction. Vlog tours is an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for quality or interruptions of service.
In the case of a reservation that has been confirmed and paid by the client and the hotel cannot honour it due to overbooking, it is the hotel's responsibility to relocate the passengers in other hotels of the same category or higher. Vlog tours are not responsible for any inconvenience resulting from this change.
Published prices are inclusive of tariffs and other costs at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.
All hotels have assigned check in and out times. It is possible that your hotel room will not be ready when you arrive. The hotel may require you to vacate the room earlier than your scheduled departure.

FINAL PAYMENT
Payment for your reservation should be made before the date indicated in the confirmation e-mail sent by Vlog tours, unless booking is pre-payment and should be paid online at the time of booking if payments are not received within the specified period, Vlog tours reserves the right to cancel your reservation and apply penalties.
CHANGES and
CANCELLATIONS
Vlog tours will not pay compensation for changes made because of war or threat of war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemics or health risks, technical problems with transport including mechanical and weather reasons, government action, closed or congested airports, and similar events beyond our control.
Any change requested by the clients is subject to the cancellation policy
All changes are subject to the rates of the new products booked.
In case of cancellations, please, notify us immediately. Charges will be set on the basis of the cancellation date received by Vlog tours and are applied to all products you have reserved. Read the cancellation details for each product.
Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or emailed to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 15% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 60 and 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 7 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

REFUND

In doing so Vlog tours gives no warranty nor makes any representation regarding the services to be supplied or the products purchased by you. Your booking will be subject to the terms and conditions applied by the provider of the service or products. You agree that if the travel services or products are not supplied in accordance with your booking your remedy lies with the service provider and not Vlog tours.
COMPLAINTS
We hope you will have no reason to complain but if you are unhappy with any aspect of the services provided you must report it immediately to Vlog tours. We shall attempt to resolve the matter immediately. Failure to complain at your destination may mean we will be unable to resolve the dispute after you return home.
