Siwa Oasis Recovery Program

Day (1) ; Arrival

•        Arrive siwa oasis , check-in hotel & overnight.

Day (2); Sand showers &  sulphureous water

Today we will discover hot showers of sands to be buried underneath for 1 hour.

-Under Dakror Mountain you will be buried & recovering by hot sands showers to get over & rid of Rheumatic and rheumatoid pains, herniated discs and spine pain, and are also considered a treatment for reducing stress, anxiety and insomnia, and a treatment for knee and joint pain and roughness.

-Then we will move to sulphureous water, hot water for relaxation & to end what we started in hot showers of sands, that Treat many diseases that may affect the human body.

Day (3) ;  Salt cave & salt Lakes

At Morning after breakfast, you will be isolated for 45 minutes, you feel isolated from the world, with nothing around you but the smell of iodine and the feel of coarse salt on your body inside the salt cave .

A cave completely covered with rock salt extracted from the salt lakes in Siwa, which contains about 40 beneficial elements for the body; Including iodine, potassium, iron and manganese.

It Is advised that,  visitors to the cave to relax completely throughout the session, by closing their eyes and doing breathing exercises.

Salt Cave helps you get rid of negative energy and is soothing to the nerves for those who suffer from depression and negative feelings. It is also useful for treating back and joint pain.

Lakes of Salt; After the cave, we will siwm in lake of salt as anyone who can't swim can enjoy floating in one of the salt lakes, as the salty water pushes you to the lake's surface.

The water of the salt lakes in Siwa contains elements that help in healing processes by ridding the body of negative energy, removing stress, and treating many diseases.

The pure blue color is not the only color that you will see during your visit to the Siwa lakes, and ,You will also find pink salt lakes, and some kind of dark colors, such as pink-brown and blue-brown."

Day (4);           Departure

Check-out from the hotel back to Cairo or according to the clients itinerary.
